Went for spring training which was cancelled an hour after we arrived. Rained. Cut our trip (coronavirus), only stayed 2 days at hotel. Hotel said no problem but had to get refund from Expedia. Have been trying for 5 days via phone and email :(

Go north to Bell Road and then west to Arrowhead Center (between 75th and 83rd for a plethora of dining and shopping options. For Mexican food, I can highly recommend On the Border.

I was only there for a professional training. I will never ever go back to Glendale AZ. It was obvious that this hotel is for the Cardinal games and nothing else. Thank the football gods I'm not a cards fan.
