"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. A really beautiful hotel. Really liked my room. I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "

We left for a very early flight and did not have the breakfast. The girl at check-in was very polite and helpful. The girl on Saturday morning, November 15 could take a lesson in customer service. Too interested in her phone to look up when we checked out."
