"I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

"It was wonderful! If you want a quiet stay away from the busy hotel zone, this is the place! The rooms are nice, staff was really nice and we were able to park our car behind the gate. They even have house cats that hang out in the front, so sweet! They have breakfast but no dinner. Some places are close enough to walk."

"Fabulous"

"They need to build restrooms closer to the pool bar area, they are too far for drinkers. 436 steps away"

"Todo increíble, repetiría la reservación sin pensarlo"

"amo todo ✨💕🌸 más utensilios para cocinar 😭"

"Muy buena comida"

"stayed here for 3 days location is best"

"I was very excited to come to this resort. I was hesitant because of all the things you hear about Mexico. However, Cancun seemed affordable to me, so my family and I gave it a try. Once we got to the resort, the staff was very nice. But then, as we checked in, things went downhill a little. I had requested ocean view rooms, and then they were changed. Then they gave us vouchers to redeem, but they weren't really vouchers — they were discounts, so you could pay for even more on top of what you...

"La habitación estaba limpia y agradable pero sobre todo lo mejor es la vista tan espectacular que tiene."

"Wonderful resort for couples and families!"

"Seleccione el servicio Altitude en realidad la instalación estaba muy bien, limpia y una atención muy buena por parte del personal, en sentido general como la parte Altitude comparte la instalación del Krystal Grand el hotel lo veo muy apagado, cuando llegas no parece un hotel, es un hotel para descanso, pero creo que le falta un poco de recreación, sobre todo en las noches, es una pena que la parte Altitude no tenga su restaurante de manera permanente solo una vez por semana a parte del...

"The room was clean and conveniently located near Caracol Beach and Plaza."

"It was a good stay over all. We had a few incidents where our room was already booked to someone else so after check in we had to wait for another room and I didn’t like that most restaurants were for dinner after 6pm there was all day food available but like the food we wanted to try or restaurants we had to wait for dinner. Over all nice stay. Beautiful view and amazing location to all the clubs!!!"
