"David on Reception was exceptional in his customer service, ensuring I had a comfortable room & arranged my vegetarian afternoon tea at short notice. I was delighted with the bedroom I was given! So bright & clean (extra praise for the bathroom 👏) & really good, thick towels - a real bonus in my eyes! Delicious poached eggs for breakfast too. Yes, there's a dilapidated conservatory adjoining but I was told it's taken 4 years for council planning permission to be granted for its demolition/upgrade to happen - hardly the owner's fault. I would stay again - so peaceful & quiet too. Very comfy bed, again with good quality linen. Thank you for these touches."
