"A lot of firsts with this one. Our first time: using VRBO, staying in Garibaldi, and living in a tiny house. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. There was only one negative issue (Internet service) that we experienced and it was promptly addressed once we notified our host. Can’t ask for more than that!Now we’re afraid this stay at the Bayfront Tiny Home set the bar for our VRBO experience too high. We’ll see. "

"The only negative is we could not get the TV to work very well, but that was ok cus we were not there to watch it anyway! We had trouble with the entry system but vbro took care of us and helped us get in the house in short order."

"There were many great things about this stay, my family and I overall enjoyed the home. iTrip (the company that manages this property) sent several messages asking me to provide a five-star review and offering a 10 Amazon gift card for it which I find quite manipulative and gross-- I will instead provide my honest review.The good: Great communication from the hosts and ability to do an hour earlier check-in and hour later check-out during this low season reservation. The upstairs was very cozy and comfortable, including the two upstairs bedrooms. The hot tub wonderful! The kitchen very well stocked with lots of cookware and at least four ways to make coffee. It's walking distance to a lovely, nearly private beach.I'm deducting a star because the downstairs (including two bedrooms and a family room) needs work. It appears to have experienced water damage at some point, and it's just cement floor down there with no moldings-- it feels unfinished. It's cold both aesthetically and temperature-wise, needs at least space heaters and extra blankets. The mattresses need to be replaced as they had massive craters, and comforters need a good washing. The TV downstairs was unusable-- needs a software update. Even with the issues with the downstairs, my family agreed on a solid 4 stars because of the overall positive features. I think it wouldn't take a lot to make this a legitimately 5-star experience."

"Very friendly and welcoming host and a nice house with cute decor and all amenities you need. Just be aware that it is right by 101, so if you're sensitive to car noise, it might be a bit too loud for you. "

"spa did not work, wrong directions for reset so needed person to come out - missed 2 days usage, beds too high for 5' person - needed step stool to get safely onto bed. not everyone is 6' tall - 1 bed should be lower to accomadate elderly, disabled, children and most women who are short. Would not recommend"
