"Beach View was great, host was great. The bathrooms were clean. Windows and stove top were not clean and items left behind from previous guests in the the room. It's definitely an older building, the floors dipped and you can definitely hear the guests above you. Our stay was not bad but wish our room had been a bit cleaner and the pool closing seems a bit early at 8 pm. "

"I was just trying to find a place for my kids and dog and was surprised how much I liked this place. This was better than it looks on the photos. You can always see and hear the ocean. There is no elevation change between walking from the house to the beach. It’s a nice easy and very pretty and private walk to the beach. Being able to see the wave but not anyone walking on the beach is superb. Because of this the dog never barked once our entire stay. Place was spotless, easy check in. The check out was purely sublime. Tired of a crazy long list of checkout procedures? Not this place. Take out your trash and stuff. Turn everything off, lock it up and leave. Hot tub was hot and clean. Cover was easy to get off. Cooking amenities were excellent. Living room was great for the family to chill. I’ll be coming back. "

"Pet friendly. Great hot water for a nice long shower to wash the ocean off. No coffee pot in room but there was coffee avaliable for free in the morning in the check-in area. "

"A lot of firsts with this one. Our first time: using VRBO, staying in Garibaldi, and living in a tiny house. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. There was only one negative issue (Internet service) that we experienced and it was promptly addressed once we notified our host. Can’t ask for more than that!Now we’re afraid this stay at the Bayfront Tiny Home set the bar for our VRBO experience too high. We’ll see. "

"Very friendly and welcoming host and a nice house with cute decor and all amenities you need. Just be aware that it is right by 101, so if you're sensitive to car noise, it might be a bit too loud for you. "

"spa did not work, wrong directions for reset so needed person to come out - missed 2 days usage, beds too high for 5' person - needed step stool to get safely onto bed. not everyone is 6' tall - 1 bed should be lower to accomadate elderly, disabled, children and most women who are short. Would not recommend"
