"Excelente hotel,todo limpio,nuevo. El personal muy atentos . 10/10"

"magnifica ubicacion"

"I did not receive the room I paid for. Instead, I was given a room that felt like a large box, with extremely high walls and ceilings, a large, dark wall, and a tiny window positioned high in one corner. The room felt closed in and uncomfortable, and it was not what I expected based on the room I had booked. When I went downstairs to explain the situation to Victor at the front desk, I told him that I am claustrophobic and that the room I had been given was not the room I had paid for....

"A true gem of awe-inspiring 19th century art-nouveau architecture and design that is centrally located in the Zocalo with a terrace view worth taking in. The only features that exceed its elegant feel is the top-notch service from the staff and its generous amenities. Rooms were immaculately clean with generous toiletries daily. The gym is modern and spacious. The food was gastronomically exceptional and original yet consisting of traditional cultural ingredients in addition to being discounted...

"Great place"

"Very clean room, friendly staff"

"Good room clean and quiet with amazing location"

"Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...

No...

"Muy bien ubicación y muy buenas instalaciones"
