"I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to choose this hotel with any new trips I arrange. Every staff member I had encountered this trip was extremely courteous. Housekeeping came on a daily basis which was nice to have. The location of this hotel is in the middle of any retail or restaurant you can think of."

"The front desk was friendly, the guy at the breakfast room has amazing service. Just I ask to clean something inside of my room and take the garbage out ...(we stayed for 3 days ) and they said I can used the towel for clean the floor and the garbage they will take out once we leave (I'm so upset for that, we like to have clean our rooms, but with kids it's sometimes difficult)"

"You get what you pay for. I had an interrupted night of sleep with loud guests or employees right outside my door and an ice maker that was so loud I'm sure it needed service. I didn't want to leave a bad review. I wanted to kindly pay for the night I stayed (however unsatisfying) and check out one night early from my 2 night stay. The front desk staff could not accommodate me and the person with the ability to do so was "not in station." I paid for 2 nights. I stayed for one noisy night. I don't like writing bad reviews. The hotel team I thought would have been able to accommodate me. I was wrong."

"I was in town to visit my son and his wife traveling 12 hours from NJ. The place sounded nice on the description but found issues when we got there. The one bathroom had a broken shower door and trickling water from the shower making that shower unuseable. The other shower tib had a back up with water every time you took a shower.There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom and the dining room chairs were bent and loose. There was 4 of us staying there in a 3 bedroom house and only 4 towels and they were old and bleach stained. 2 bedrooms had very thin and hard mattresses. The room listed as a playroom was just a small small room with a futon and huge stuffed animal in the corner. I immediately contacted the host with the number provided which said will promptly return call or message I did not hear back until 2 days later and was only staying w more night. Told the host that and told him not to bother with the repairs. He never responded at all. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for the guest and no communication. Still have not heard anything back from the host. Would not recommend."

"This host went above to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent, immediate responses to communication. Very pet-friendly with a nicely fenced back yard. Quiet street yet just off a major thoroughfare making it easy to travel around the area. Great guidance in the preceding emails leading up to our trip and clear instructions within a binder left for guests. Would definitely stay here again when I return to area!"
