"Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to...

"لم يكن اختياري موفقا لهذا الفندق حيث انه ليس بمستوى النظافة والشراشف والمناشف لونهم اصفر من الاستهلاك وتنظيف الغرفه ليس بالمستوى المطلوب أبدا بالإضافة الى صعوبه ايجاد مواقف وعدم توفر الأشخاص المسؤولين عن خدمه صف سيارات..لا انصح به ولن أكرر هذه التجربة ."

"Das ganze Hotel riecht nach Zigaretten rauch. Staub und Haare überall im Zimmer . Der Zigaretten Rauch hat sich in Mobiliar eingebrannt. Die Schlafdecken überall Haare von Fremden Die erste Nacht sehr schlecht verbracht. Am nächsten Tag durch den Zigaretten Rauch Kopfschmerzen gehabt. Nächsten Tag ausgezogen. Unser Geld haben wir natürlich nicht zurück erhalten. Kein Frühstück im Hotel. Meine Meinung nicht empfehlenswert"

"Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications"
