"The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay. We chose the suite because we were traveling with a toddler and hoped to still enjoy some time as a couple in the evenings, including relaxing and watching TV before bed. While the room did face the ocean, its condition did not match the price or expectations. The carpet looked very old and dirty, with sections coming apart. There was visible rust in multiple areas, which may be somewhat understandable for a waterfront property, but the peeling, scratched, and deteriorating furniture made the room feel neglected. Under the bathroom sinks, the exposed plumbing was extremely dirty and very noticeable. The TVs were outdated and extremely restrictive. Although the system claimed apps could be installed and inputs could be changed, neither worked. We tried both TVs and even attempted to connect a laptop, but nothing was allowed, so the relaxing evenings we planned didn’t happen. This was our first family vacation, something we had saved for a long time, and the room simply wasn’t worth the upgrade. On a positive note, the food was delicious and the bartenders made great, strong drinks."

"Our stay at the La Concha was much needed and refreshing! The room was clean, the lobby impeccable, and the staff was top notch. Whether you're chilling in their pools or relaxing beach side, towels and drinks are always nearby. We'll be back especially since the casino is pretty much in-house!"

"the room was dirty, curtains were broken and you could tell they have not being washed in years, the mirror was broken and everything was broken inside the shower. A holiday inn in US has better conditions thay this hotel which I paid a-lot of money . Besides they have hidden fees which you only found out after you leave. The lobby and staff were gorgeous and very friendly. But other than that , I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Great location for a stay. The pool was great. 4 of the patio chairs were broken. Could have been thrown out or get them fixed. But to leave them on the property broken, just looks bad. The house was GREAT. A minor thing, but the house could be cleaner. Very dusty, doors and light switches could certainly use a wiping, lots of dust and debris in corners and under furniture.As far as Robbie and Maria, very responsive. Easy to deal with. There was no hairdryer in the rental, had one there the next day after mentioning it to them. The fridge quit working, wasn’t long after we sent a message , the repairman was there to fix the problem. All in all, the 9 of us would stay there again. "
