"The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. "

"The house is in need of some TLC. Some items in the listing are not accurate (water view and oven are notable ones. The only water niew is the pool and the oven is a toaster oven). We were 5 adults here for a week and felt the property is better suited for younger groups or families with kids. The neighborhood did not feel especially safe so we stayed inside at night.On a positive note the owner was very quick to respond when one of the toilets broke and the generator kicked in when the power in the area went out one evening. "
