The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."

"Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying at the Zasgo Hotel "

"Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing...
