"Ill start with first impressions. We booked an airport transfer through the hotel. We were met exactly on time. The shuttle was new and smelled great. We were handed a cool minty towel and a bottle of water when sat down snd headed to the hotel. 15m with little traffic. Compared to Bali it was a nice respite. Check in was smooth with a nice welcome drink and very friendly staff. The hotel is one big view. Anywhere you stand you have amazing views of the bay. Our room was clean, spacious and smelled like flowers. The next day we had a well organized tasty breakfast. Egg station, fruit bar, crepe/pancake/ waffle station, noodle. The pastry's were fresh and the croissant melted in your mouth. The gym has new up to date equipment and attended so fresh towels and water. The hotel itself is spotless. The pool is perfectly located with a swim up bar. The kids pool is separate and away so mellow with nice music that was just the volume. It was the staff that put the cherry on top. So nice and genuinely warm. Very professional and attentive. The restaurant on site was top notch like the entire program. Thanks for such a great experience. "

"Fabulous hotel This was our second stay. A litte out of town which makes it calm and quiet. In a natural setting with stylish rustic rooms that are very comfortable. The restaurant provides REALLY good local food at very affordable prices. The staff are really good at organising transport and excursions and they organised some great trips for us. The staff are low key but are really efficient and helpful. The hotel is within a short walk of the sun rise and sunset lookouts which are spectacular. Only consideration is that the hotel is built on the side of a steep hill so there are lots of steps. This gives great ocean views so view the hill as a challenge and some exercise."

"Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean. "

"BEST HOSTEL EVER!!! Prettier than any hostel i have ever been in. Roof top pool and bar was amazing, all the amenities were great! Everything was clean and the washrooms were also very nice. Big showers and good mirrors. I would definitely recommend and i’m sad i only got to spend one night."

"Amazing private and beautiful property. Service level is very good. Accommodations, facilities (such as on site snorkelling, kayaking etc) and phenomenal spa. Food at the the restaurants could be a lot better (particularly for lunch/dinner/snacks variety offered, price and in only the big seafood platters quality) whilst breakfast is great - I say that having stayed at their sister property where we didn’t need to leave the resort to eat, here we did. Getting into and out of town is a pain and quite expensive; which compounds the food problem."
