"The location is beautiful with wonderful views of the lake. The room decor is dated and needs a refresh. The restaurant was understaffed and the pork schnitzel was overcooked."

"Beautiful Inn. Wish they were offering dinner while we were there. Not many dining options close to inn. Very close to Falls. Loved the walk to the falls. We stayed in Lakeview building. Very nice spacious room with beautiful view. Only issue was there was no heat in the bathroom. We’d definitely go back again. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating."

"It was a very nice updated hotel room it was clean and spacious. Great room for a very reasonable price."

"Only problem was finding the hotel; feel it could have had better signage. Used GPS and still difficult to find: a micro hotel was in the same lot area"

"A good hotel in a nice location. Room was clean. Price reasonable. A little noisy. Stay away from elevators and the pool."

"Room was very clean and bed was comfortable!"

"Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options."

"The view was phenomenal. We were there in late October and were able to see all the autumn colours. The food at the onsite Bistro was excellent. Be sure to reserve your spot early. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Great stay. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Very comfortable, quiet and clean !"

"Good"

"Beautiful inside the hotel and the outside grounds! Spa was gorgeous and relaxing! Scenery was amazing and ambience was peaceful! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended and will be coming again!"

"Great location with easy access to Cornell campus. Cornell-themed interior deco throughout. The comfort twin room offered great value and had plenty of amenities for a solo traveler like me: storage space, A/C, reliable wifi, private bathroom and sink. Shower booth has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sink has hand soap and hand lotion. One small issue: depending on time of day, it may take a while for hot water to come out--in my case, it took anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes while...

"Overall a nice hotel for the price. Sound isolation is not as good as it could be, with people walking in the room above being quite audible. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was limited, but adequate. The availability of only a single EV charger, occupied by one rude undoubtedly fully-charged guest over the entirety of the weekend, was a bit of a disappointment."

"The pool was closed but we didn’t plan to use it anyway- but no channels on the live TV seemed to load (I didn’t call down to fix it…hopefully it would have been an easy fix) Property was nice otherwise. Looks newer. Area is dead tho- maybe other parts of Corning are better to stay in"

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable beds/pillows. The bar/restaurant was nice and food was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint would be for the price of the room(s) the continental breakfast should be included - not worth the $9 charge."
