"* Weekend Fall stay for a prospective Auburn student visit. * Party of 6 - 2 of our younger kids shared a bed. House is incredibly well laid out where everyone had more than enough space but it is not so sprawling that everyone feels distant from each other* The outdoor fenced-in deck is the game-changer. Lots of seating. Lake was incredibly quiet for our weekend which provided an unexpected mental reset. * Everything was in great working order - modern appliances, great water-pressure, comfortable beds. It was all just easy. * There is a great new retail development approximately 12-14 minutes away via car that has a brand new Publix/Starbucks and feels like there will be a lot more coming. * That driveway is steep! ;) Took a little getting used to the first drive down but was old hat the next day. Low-gear is the way to go. * Finally, I inadvertently left a couple of garments which the owners contacted me right away. * 10/10 for me - we need the Short-Term-Rental world to normalize this experience."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for a long weekend to go to an Auburn game and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! Lakefront is beautiful and we rented a pontoon from a marina close by. The drive to Auburn wasn’t too bad in the house was plenty big for our group. It came with basic amenities, the only knock would be to provide a little more basic amenities like toilet paper and paper towel - but we made it work no problem, by easily ordering groceries to the home! Communication was easy and quick as well!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. We had a great time on the patio listening to the tree frogs at night. Very peaceful for the week after Labor Day. Lake water was still warm enough to swim in at the nearby beach."

Peaceful lake house with private boat ramp and 2 docks

"When we arrived at the property there was a boat at the dock somewhat blocking space for our 2 boats. I notified the property owner and she said the boat would be removed the following day. It was not. We stayed 5 nights. There were live roaches on the bathroom counter and the family room floor. I'm not sure who cleans this property but I would hire a different cleaning crew. When double checking the property for left items on checking out, I found a condom wrapper under the master bed along with dirt and spiders. Yes I did send a private message to the owner."

"This was My 1st stay at this property and I must say beIlefr I was in the phone with the owners checking on becoming a regular there instead renting different houses. The owners was SUPER NICE and very attentive if tiu like kayaks they co.e with the property. I mean its centrally located to Publix and Renfroes about a 12 min. Drive to and 12 minutes back. "
