"The house is bright and welcoming, in a beautiful leafy quiet suburb. Parking is secure, and you do need a car to get around the city from here.The room is spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful. The only reasons I didn't give a five star rating are the lack of space for personal provisions in the shared fridge, kitchen equipment is in need of some improvement (better pots/pans would be great if you want to cook your own meals) and the shower takes...

"The room is in a lovely location and is a nice room but overpriced for what it is- which is quite shabby in some respects, especially the bathroom. The aircon/heater unit is down jammed right between the corner wall and the bed at bed height! As it was cold and the unit is noisy this was crazy. The bed is good and the pillows are good. "
