"I enjoyed a clean room and a great breakfast each morning. All staff that I came in contact with met me with a smile and a friendly greeting. I also liked the peaceful and quiet pool in the early morning for my exercise laps."

"Pool was warm, but there was a cold draft coming into the pool area from somewhere outside. The hot tub jets did not function at all, just stagnant water but hot. The hot/cold water in the shower was backwards and the temp would not stay regulated regardless of how you set it. Set your temperature in the shower and it would randomly move to very cold or scolding hot randomly. The air conditioning/heater unit would not allow you to change the temperature hotter or colder, additionally, the blower fan would not stop blowing or regulate at all. We did not talk to anyone at the facility for a different room or remedies for the issues as it was not a deal breaker, just unfortunate. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. "
