"The room was dirty, the thermostat did not work, the staff tried to be helpful though. The parking lot doesn’t have enough space for everyone when they’re at capacity. I would definitely recommend other options for the price they’re charging. "

"The Steam Plant Hotel is a good place to stay. However, the breakfast didn't meet me expectations of what a 'breakfast included' should be. It wasn't in the hotel. It was down the street in a restaurant. You got to pick a limited number of items from the menu for free, or get a discount off the rest of the breakfast menu. What was really disappointing was that they charged you for coffee! If you walked back to the hotel, you could get coffee for free at the snack room."
