"No refrigerator in the room, or coffee machine. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hit and miss. We had to ask for more eggs and sausage because the containers were empty. Staff should be on top of that. It was an hour before close of breakfast."

"Nice hotel in central SF"

"The doors were way too loud to be able to sleep. The doors slam and my room was right in front of multiple bathrooms. So I had to here the door slam all night. Was able to hear and feel it through earplugs."

"liked that there was onsite parking and security doors all around"

"We had a great experience at Hyatt! Anthony at the front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. His professionalism and outstanding customer service really stood out. Employees like Anthony are exactly why we continue choosing Hyatt properties whenever we travel. Thank you, Anthony, for making our stay even better!"

"Love Citizen M! The room was clean and the staff were all kind and helpful. But the area felt dangerous at night."

"Excellent experience!"

"It was nice but I am a IHG member and have been for YEARS. I was never told"

"staying there tonight again"

"We stayed one night (on Halloween!) and had a great stay. The front desk staff were very nice and explained about the free parking available. We parked in the back which was just a short walk around the block. I felt like my vehicle would be safe, as it was an alleyway that was well-lighted and had video camera present. I appreciated the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sun block-out curtains. Everything worked fine and the room itself was very clean. The only thing that I did notice...

"If you're looking for a unique stay in the Castro, the Hotel Castro is perfect! The rooms are cozy but very charming and perfect for 1-2 travelers. There's a grocery store right across the street, and excellent coffee shops and dining options within walking distance. If you're into nightlife, there are bars and clubs just around the corner."
