"Large amount of mold in the shower, lack of cleanliness all around, window wouldn’t close properly, renovation noise all around, broken washing machine, no dryer, gross saggy couch, broken toaster, poor communication, close to metro options, good food and shopping options on the street. Train noise was not a problem for me, but it is noticeable."
