Loved the location and bring able to see pony and cows from priperty behind the house. Couple of things that should be addressed, outside the viewing pond is so nasty, it should be kept up cleaning wise if not it could cause issues with mosquitoes. And rope cover over it is dry rotted if someone accidentally feel on it you would fall in for sure.Inside, beds...
