"A lovely hotel conveniently located to the old town and all major areas of interest. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"Staff very helpful in accommodating my questions and needs."

"Great location"

"Great hotel with very clean and crispy room. Location is fanstastic also."

"Excellent Hotel in a beautiful área. A little off the downtown area. Please note: everything closes early around this town. But it’s a clean and beautiful area, really nice staff and the hotel feels like a 5 star hotel."

"Hotel muy limpio, actual, cómodo y ubicado cerca de playa 500m y no lejos del Casco Antigüo. La noche del sábado tiene tarifa alta. Buen desayuno y clima es super silencioso. Hay parking en Hotel"

"Hotel was actually in a great location and it was very comfortable. What put a damper on my stay was that we drove in and front desk team did not allow me to unload my luggage from the car in their parking garage because it was full. They wouldn’t even open it for me. I had no problem parking in the garage next-door, but then we had to literally carry the luggage from one garage to the other. "Great location. Nice property."

"The staff is what sets this hotel apart -- helpful at every turn. It is in a very convenient yet quiet location that is suitable both for transit on short day trips within the Basque region as well as most of the old town sites. Terrace access was a nice touch for the top floor rooms. Overall, very pleased with the hospitality and comfort and attentive staff."

"Desayuno"

"متميز في كل شي وانصح به بقوة"

"We had to book a hotel on the same day for an emergency checkout from another terrible hotel in France .. so we decided to book it at the moment .. amazing location and excellent for a 3-4 star hotel"

"Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned."

"Todo bien. Solo que hay obra enfrente . Pero no hubo ruido"
