"Sansebay Hotel very nicely located in San Sebastian, close to all amenities. The city is safe. The staff are pleasant and helpful"

"The stuff is very rude. Especially at the check in desk. When we came down to have breakfast they don't even say good morning. Simply just ignoring me passing by the reception. The light in the room came off the ceiling, room was really dark where my daughter slept , no window in her part of the room."
