Our room was next to reception, yet very quiet. we payed extra for terrace and used it for a nice drink and quiet away from the crowds in the evening. nice interior.

Right next to the bridge. Made beach time very easy. Appreciate the included coffee, tea, sodas, and cold tea in fridge. Thank you for holding our luggage before check in so we could explore Urgull without luggage. Appreciated very much the AC! Microwave in lobby if you need to warm anything.

Great location and amenities the only negative comment would be that there is no assistance after 9:30pm. Our AC wasn’t working that night ( arrival night ) and we had to wait for assistance until the morning. The staff when present are very helpful

Excellent little hotel. Very clean. Excellent location for the old town. Small supermarket next door. Free coffee machine at reception. Fridge in room stocked with water and coke. Replenished daily. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location right in the heart of Old Town, extremely walkable. The room had everything we needed, especially AC which was critical as we were there in the middle of a heat wave, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was tricky as it’s not immediately obvious. Is the door on the left and you press the buzzer and go up to the first floor. Once in, the rooms are lovely and rustic with nicely appointed bathroom and large comfy beds. Location is excellent and staff are very helpful. Enjoy your stay☝️

We arrived by car after a long trip and was greeted by the front desk staff and was able to easily transfer our luggage to the Casa although even temporary parking outside the front door was a bit of a struggle. Was able to take advantage of the 2 day parking discount at the main underground lot. The room was great, nice balcony, 2 blocks from the seawall and an easy 10 minute walk to the main Playa. Loved it and would come again in a heartbeat!

Its a beautiful property and the location is excellent, you can walk from here to the best spots in the city including the beach. Also they have this awesome coffee machine that will make you a cortado or café con Leche in under a minute. 👏👏👏

Very smart and well-maintained hotel on the edge of San Sebastian's Old Town (good location for exploring the city and going to the pintxos bars) with friendly and obliging staff on reception. Free tea and coffee available in reception which was a nice perk.

Comfortable triple (king plus twin) with good shower. Loved location. Did online checkin and never interacted with staff in person though they did call me to check on my arrival time and be sure I understood how to get in. Code provided access to building and room.

Good clean spacious room in an ideal location on the edge of the old town and thus close to the many fabulous restaurants and bars and the beaches. The fridge in our room contained bottles of water and soft drinks on arrival which were replenished each day at no extra cost. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the reception area again at no additional cost. All in all a great place to stay
