"Stayed on Halloween weekend but was our 1st wedding anniversary. Upon check-in I was amazed by the beautiful setting. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professionally dressed with hot and cold cider with apple cider doughnuts. I have stayed in many hotels in the past 30 years and this is one of my top 3. We reserved a king size suite due to the fireplace suites not being available within our price range. Staff stated over the phone at that time that a shower was unavailable to switch to...

"Great location , clean , great staff"

"Nice parking lot"

"Room was very nice and quant. Felt homey. Clean. Shower was really nice! Loved having a little kitchen area. Though, I would say maybe add a side table that’s small enough to fit next to the bed for those who like to put their phone, book or even glasses."

"Amazing hotel, very nice and the hot tub, pool and sauna was amazing"

"Helpful employees, slept wonderfully."

"I appreciated the option of a separate bedroom with a lock on the door. The living room/dining room worked well for our stay. The room, although late in getting cleaned on time for check in at 3pm- we waited an extra hour, was freshly cleaned. The outside gardens were managed although the driveway/ parking lot had quite a few large holes in it."

"Understaffed but the staff do well for what they can. Had a spider in my bed one night. I’m not the type to freak out but someone else might. Everything else was awesome, room was comfy and probably worth the low price. If you want something better, pay more. It was good for what I paid"

"Excellent staff, very cozy restaurant and lobby area. Very close to the lake and church street market."

"Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again."
