A charming town, situated right on Lake Champlain, with a cute downtown core - a pedestrianized street for shopping & strolling is nice. But there are so many street people and homeless, it was shocking to see that in a city this size.

Everyone seems to gravitate to the water to see the colorful sunset. The bay is lively, very diverse, people are very friendly. There is a train that goes around Lake Champlain & sculling, I want to do that next time.

Quirky, funky area. Good food options but lack of reasonable transportation options is a major limitation without a car. Airport is about 3 miles from downtown. Cab is $25 & uber $45. Taxi driver on trip from airport was rude and crude. Be careful!

It's a bigger city and different from the quintessential Vermont. Would I stay there again? Yes. But if I had my choice, give me the mountains and small towns in the rest of the state.

I love the college town as I went to school here but a number of locals told us how unsafe it is lately which made us nervous.

Cute mountain town akin to Denver. So many dispensaries! No lyfts but lots of more expensive taxi services. Lots of cute shops. This is most definitely a white, affluent town. Burlington makes the nice part of Baltimore seem ghetto.

Burlington is okay. It's progressively gotten worse the last few years but I'm an alumni so I visit anyways. Not hotels fault, lol, beautiful but just riddled with homeless

"Excellent room (clean, spacious, quiet, well-lit) with a new clean bathroom and absolutely fantastic shower. I also like how conscientious the hotel is regarding sustainability and recycling. All in all a great hotel, highly recommended."

"Nice and comfortable room. Very clean and comfortable beds. The lobby was undergoing a renovation so the breakfast was served on a small room. Had to take food back to your room, as there was no seating available. Overall a good choice for a quick overnight stay.
