Although check-in was officially at 4 PM, the staff kindly gave us our room keys around 2:15 PM which was really appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with an amazing river view. "Good quality plentiful breakfast, good mattress, good shower, poor maintenance: just above floor wall power receptacle cover plate broken power connection wires visible, door entry prevention (when door unlocked) hasp broken off sharp metal edges exposed. - Advised staff during stay, so they can get maintenance to remedy safety problematic items. Security very good, as is the location."
