"Room was small but very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was when we went to the Italian restaurant that you have to make reservations for. The food was horrible and they only give you a small amount. Service was still great but they don’t have a grasp on Italian food."

"The only thing was too many mosquitoes. If its possible to spray to eliminate the mosquitoes or have running water all over the property (like in Disney World), it would of been awesome. Everything else was great"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything you may need while visiting. We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!"
