"The rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in downtown Cairo."
"The location is very noisy due to constant traffic and car noise, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The property does not feel well-prepared to operate as a hotel and lacks some of the comfort and facilities expected. However, the staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, which was the best part of the stay."
"Booked twin room, got one room instead Hotel not aware of our booking, got us a room cleaned and ready while we were waiting. Old hotel/room,cleanliness average, not much room facility, smells of cigarette. The man who was in reception was very nice helpful. "
Lowest nightly price found within the past 24 hours based on a 1 night stay for 2 adults. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
"Great stay just be prepared for the noise all night. Ear plugs provided were helpful but can get uncomfortable mid sleep. Breakfast was tasty and they accomodated an earlier one since we had to leave for a tour bright and early. Our transport was on time both times."
"Loved our stay at Nile Ritz Carlton. Staff were really helpful from organising airport pick up/drop off. To organising cars when required. Breakfast buffet was well worth it, with a good selection for everyone. Pool was awesome. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning some day."
"Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere.
On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good.
The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes"
"Excelente trato por parte de la persona de recepción ( mohsen Ashraf ) me atendió Excelente , nos cuido las maletas y así pudimos visitar Luzor, un trato exelente y profesional 100% recomendable"
