"The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean.
The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could.
The parking was free although the area was small and would hold probably 4 cars.

"Nice and clean room with good amenities. Upon arrival, I was told I was placed in their sister accommodation as I wasn't in communication with the host on the days prior. Our room was located directly above a busy roundabout on a dual carriageway.
I believe this wouldn't usually be a problem, but due to the extreme heat and with no aircon or fan we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we couldn't sleep at all because of the sound of the traffic. It was so warm in the room that we ran...

"Walking into our room and there were crates of beers all over the room, old coffee cups, rubbish bags on the floor. Music blaring from the room next to it.
Couldn't get hold of anyone to begin with even though its meant to be 24/7, eventually moved room and that was just as bad, floor doesn't look like its ever been cleaned, hair and pubic hair all over the bed, again so noisy, can hear everything from above and joining room.
Basically in the middle of know where, closest tube is 45 minute...
