"The downstairs smelled strongly of cat urine. Upstairs was better. The road noise was loud most of the night. It was a one bedroom apartment with a game room downstairs. The downstairs had a large gap in a garage door letting in air and potentially small animals. The upstairs only has windows air conditioners that do not efficiently cool the space and are very loud. The downstairs did not have any air conditioning."

"The hotel is beautiful & well kept. The greatest asset is the staff. Every person we encountered was helpful,courteous, professional, & very nice. The one aspect that no one could control was the repavement of Beta Rd. Nightmare! It must be the cause of such low occupancy & almost negligible restaurant patrons. Our group was the only 4 people having dinner last night."
