"Great space for a large family celebration. Would stay again! Our family of six adults had plenty of space in this large house only 15 min outside of Pagosa Springs. It was close enough to town, yet so nice to be out in the pines and away. The stargazing was amazing on the large back deck. We gathered for meals, conversations and relaxing on the deck with comfortable seating. The kitchen and grill on the deck made for home cooked meals. Could use some organizing with the many misc kitchen items (just a suggestion). The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The mattresses could be replaced, but everyone slept well enough. The host was very responsive to any questions we had while staying there. Check in and out was easy."

"Property was great. It was just the two of us so we didn't need the extra bedrooms but for a larger family or small group would be perfect. We actually stayed at the house the whole time just relaxing, watching TV which had no connection issues, cooking in, and enjoying the hot tub. It was really rainy so we didn't venture far but really enjoyed the views! Home had everything you could need and I enjoyed the kitchen. Very clean and good labeling for lights, fans, etc. Communications with I-trip was great as well. Check in and out easy. We will definitely return or recommend to others!"

"This property was great. It was peaceful, tranquil and comfortable. The accommodations were wonderful. Very cozy and functional. The river is not at the cabin, but is just a short walk down a hill. There is a very nice pavilion to hang out on or barbecue beside the riverChris was a very accommodating host."
