"When I checked in, the room had not been cleaned. I mean, not at all. Bed unmade, trash cans full, wet towels on bath counter. To their credit, the manager and front desk apologized and said it would be cleaned by themselves if need be before I returned from dinner, and it was. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was really good each of the four mornings I was there. It’s convenient to the central tourist district. It just seemed a bit tired. And when I went to check out, a sign said the person would be right back. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed. So I think it’s above average all in all but certainly not outstanding"
