"The location of this property could not be any better. We love being able to walk to restaurants or to Times Square or Central Park and under 15 minutes. It’s also fairly quiet (for midtown) being one block off of fifth Avenue."

"I was so disappointed in my experience at this hotel, I cancelled my remaining 3 nights despite it being non-refundable. The room smelled HORRIBLE, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom had dirt in the bathtub and stains on the wall. When I went to the front desk to try to get another room, they told me my room was the only one available. For anyone visiting nyc, please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel."

"Charming hotel with a wonderful location and staff. Breakfast at the top was absolutely perfect with stunning view of central park."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"My shower handle fell off. The room's AC was so old that the room never really got to 68 degrees. The paint was scuffed, chipped, and worn throughout the room. There was black mold along the lower part of the AC unit and in multiple locations in the bathroom. We called maintenance to repair the shower handle and the AC, but there was nothing he could really do. He also said that he recently replaced the sheetrock on the ceiling due to leaks in the floors above. Probably the mold issue. The room...

"Excellent option."
