"Incredible hotel. Absolutely beautiful property. Rooms were beautiful. Staff friendly and professional. Convenient location."

"Loved the location of this hotel up in the hills above Pinhao. Wonderful views from our balcony down over the terraced vineyards to the Douro river below. Incredibly quiet and peaceful spot. Also liked the hotel bar. There’s not much going on in Pinhao at night, but the LBV bar has a nice gathering of guests from all over and a good menu of salads, drinks and other light fare. Rooms are small as with just about all new boutique hotels these days, but very clean snd nice."

"Wonderful stay. Would stay again."

"Everything was perfect"

"Spectacular place beautiful gardens, incredible staff. Highly recommended"

"This incredibly beautiful hotel has Douro Valley views from the balcony. I just loved it. The grounds are lovely. It sits on the Douro River, with a short stroll to a great collection of nearby restaurants. The daily breakfast was a delight with a large selection of quality items. My only annoyance was the bathroom mirror. It's limited to a single small circular magnifying mirror. I could use the large desk mirror, though, which gave me additional views of the Douro River. We'll be back!"

"Breakfast was to die for! Easybparking and great personal staff!"

They have a spa and two pools, but at check in the staff does not tell you about any of the amenities. We didn’t know there was an outdoor pool until the day before we left when we stumbled across it. The room and bathroom were clean, but sparse with poor lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bar staff cannot tell you about...

Nice outdoor pool, deck and loungers with great views in all directions. Very good restaurant for breakfast; fantastic evening meal. Well-stocked bar."

"Great check in process, got a vineyard tour and tasting included with our stay and the tour guide was awesome! Really enjoyed our balcony view of the river and valley."
