"Unbelievable place to stay! Could not have been any better. Staff was exceptional and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great location near the train station but walkable to everything! The only thing I did not like about the inside of the unit was the vanity in the bathroom had very little room to put makeup hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc while getting ready with two people, due to having the sink and the filtered water sink in the same spot.. there was storage underneath...

"Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with good quality bedding and bathroom fixtures. We were given a room on the main floor overlooking the roadway and cafe below. Told that noise levels would not affect us after 11:00 pm. Which was fine. However the garbage man comes every morning at 4:00 am and makes a considerable amount of noise moving bins in and out of the storage doors below our window. Informed the front desk about this and they apologized and compensated with a free bike rental....
