"The staff were very professional and polite. Room was a bit wee but fine for 3 nights. The minibar was excellent value for money - best in Copenhagen. There were many business people in the hotel and I felt that there should be a better policy on business meetings taking place in public bars particularly when headphones are not used and conversations are loud. Surely this is what the business centre is available for?"

"Conveniently located. Easy to reach from the airport in M2. Walkable to many restaurants and shops It had very small bathroom"

"The location and staff were excellent. However, the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had two large sticky spots, which appeared to be from drinks spilled by previous guests. I reported this to the reception, and they offered to move us to another room. However, we had already unpacked our luggage, so we decided to stay. The air conditioning was also very poor and barely worked. The room felt hot and uncomfortable, and as a result, we did not sleep well."

"Frühstück war ok. Guter Kaffee und schönes Restaurant. Leider gibt es bereits 1Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit einige Dinge wie Schinken und Gemüse nicht mehr am Bufett. Das fand ich unangebracht für ein ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel."

"Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station with suitcases. Staff were friendly, made it a breeze to hire bikes for the day to explore Copenhagen. Only issue we found was that the curtains weren't completely block out with a early morning sun, did mean we were up and at it nice and early!"

"De 3 noches no nos hicieron ningun dia la habitacion. Me queje en recepcion y me dijeron que me asegurarian que tuvieramos toallas para ducharnos hoy martes. Subieron por la tarde a llevar toallas y ni se dignaron a hacer la cama, ni a limpiar el lavabo ni a tirar los envases del cafe que habiamos hecho instantaneo que nos habian dejafo en la habitacion. El hotel precioso y limpio y con unos buenos servicios excepto el de habitaciones. Las disculpas que me dieron no me sirven cuando han actuado...

"Man darf sich von der äußeren Fassade nicht beeinflussen lassen, denn von innen ist es ein total Top Hotel, mit guter Ausstattung in den Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Am meisten hat das Ambiente im Hotel und das Frühstück beeindruckt. Sehr grosse Auswahl und alles sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel Erlebnis."

"An absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. The team were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, giving us some local tips for our stay. We also made use of renting the hotel bikes which was a great way to see more of Copenhagen. Breakfast was varied and set us up for the day. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Just a little gem. Fun location right on the water (and easy to get everywhere). Great room. Front desk at the ready to help with suggestions and directions. Only complaint... public areas could use a little spruce, but that's clearly underway with all the signs of renovation (also it's a historic building, so unrealistically aspire to larger windows for the view :-). Great option!"
