Great hotel, spacious and clean. The gym and wellness areas are very nice. The location is excellent, and bars are solid. I liked that the espresso house is accessible from inside the building. A/C and fan in room could work a little better but otherwise everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Copenhagen. Nice having Tivoli so close!

This is a lovely, reasonably priced, well maintained and conveniently located hotel. I would definitely stay there again, I could not figure out the light switch system, but that might have just been me. The breakfast buffet was really nice, and there was a lot of food to choose from

Very modern hotel with clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. Only downside was no water or fridge in the rooms and no tissues. There was a fee to use the pool and wellness facilities so we didn't bother. Location was nice on the river but a little away from the main restaurant scene.

Great location, close to the pier, wonderful walking on the boardwalk.close to many attractions, 10 minute slow walk to Tivoli. The room was great, very spacious, very clean and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was great, highly recommend it to get your day started. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

A good location, less than 10 mins walk from the central station and easy walking distance to many attractions. Bus to the airport was right behind the hotel too. Hotel was right opposite the canal/inner harbour, with a safe public swimming area, with great views every morning and evening. Very clean hotel and the rooms were immaculate and everyone was very helpful. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment, but the rooftop bar had fabulous views. We would definitely stay again!

Pros Very good breakfast spread and good restaurant food. Clean rooms and modern building. Great rooftop bar that sadly closes too early. Short walk to the shopping mall. The cons The faulty fire alarm that had us evacuate the building on two separate occasions (including in the deep of night).

The staff were incredibly helpful particularly at breakfast to help with allergies and sorting the baby. Everything was easily accessible and clean and in good condition. Only downside was booking a pool slot was not available after the 5:15-7:15 slot which isn't ideal if you are exploring the city for the day
