"Everything was great. 5 stars"

"Parking was a bummer keys never worked and not enough staff on the outside had to walk to front desk 3 times also the shuttles were a disappointment on scheduled times had to take lyft than waited for last shuttle from Disney Springs but one never came because apparently no one scheduled it but we were told we could hop on it so uber again those were really frustrating i can say never have problems at disney resorts wanted to try something different also pool bars were closed only 1 open and no...

"Awesome place"

"The location is excellent, you have places nearby to walk there. The room smells of moisture, but quite clean. I was traveling with a 3-month-old baby, they have baby cribs. Overall, the place is pretty good. Excellent breakfast."

"Beautiful views"

"The room was full and nice everything was just as advertised, would stay again"

"Our room had a funky smell that gave us a headache. The room was fine, but it could have used a deeper cleaning. There was dust on some of the lamps. There were also almost no outlets! I charged my phone in the bathroom because it was the only one I could reach without unplugging the TV and mini fridge. The pools were great and very pretty. The staff was nice."

"Más opciones en el breakfast"

"The only positive I can say was the bed and pillows. They were very comfortable. Staff did not tell me about our free breakfast so we almost missed it. The room was outdated which I can live with, but the toilet paper holder was broken, the sink and tub filled up when you used them, the lamps/fixtures and ice bucket were rusty - I could go on. The bathroom was missing shower gel. When I called down for some I was told they don’t have any at the front desk and couldn’t help. After a day of travel...

"Nice looking property, long walk from our building to the main entrance. We were on the third floor and they don’t have elevators. It was hard to carry luggage up and down stairs. We had to do 3 flights of stairs every time we left or returned. The room was nice, 2 bedrooms and baths . Had a full kitchen. The staff was nice. No restaurant on premises, had a small convenience shop that wasn’t restocked frequently.Close to stores."

"Gorgeous hotel!"
