⭐ 0-Star – Unacceptable Conditions and Terrible Customer Service
We booked a room for my elderly mother through Hotels.com, and the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. There was visible mold in the room, creating serious concerns about her health and safety.
What made matters worse was that a staff member openly admitted that mold is a problem throughout the hotel and that they regularly wipe down the walls to keep it from returning. He also stated that management had been informed numerous times but had failed to address the issue.
We immediately left because we did not feel the room was safe. Despite providing photographic and video evidence, the hotel refused to issue a refund for a room we could not safely occupy.
It’s extremely disappointing that a business would knowingly rent rooms under these conditions and then refuse to take responsibility.
I strongly recommend avoiding this property, especially if you’re traveling with elderly family members or anyone with respiratory sensitivities.
