"Filiz made it so easy before we even checked in advising on local amenities and taxis etc. She welcomed us on the day and gave a lovely tour around her beautiful property before leaving us to enjoy the weekend. The property was like a show home with a beautiful garden that we sat in day and evening. If you should make a mess there's even a robot that can clean up for you. Would highly recommend. Thank you"

"Nice overnight stay, close to the airport and clean Good food is available at the bar and restaurant.Seamless check in."

"mooie schone kamer, zeer behulpzaam personeel"

"We arrived from trans-Atlantic flight a bit before 11 pm to discover no food at hotel or surrounding area. Refuel in terminal i guess! Room was huge like the overly processed TV but sofa bed was open which we didn’t need. Shower was hot and strong. Quiet and good HVAC. Breakfast was pricey even for continental, but had everything."

"Very efficient check-in and check-out, room was well-equipped and organized, good breakfast buffet (that begins at 5 a.m.)."

"The hotel is basically a hotel close to Heathrow. Everything was ok, but everything was pretty basic. Parking overnight for 12.5 hours seemed pretty expensive at £25"

"Staff was very nice, but the building is old, the carpet smelled like urine and the shower water was freezing cold, even with 2 people showering separately and moving it around the warm water would not come out. we didn’t report it then because it was late we were already drenched and just finished showering, we were there for one night and needed to leave early so we didn’t bother. if you can please avoid this place. the transportation to it is very reliable and easy, but they stay was just not...

"The rooms are similar to porter cabins with tiny prefab bathroom. We had insects in one of the beds. Ok for a cheap quick night stay before flight from Heathrow, but I would consider spending more for a reasonable quality room next time."

"We enjoyed our stay so much the last be this was our second stay in the same hotel. We will be back again and will recommend to our friends"

"Overall good"
