"Location spot on, always stay here. Exec lounge a nice touch. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it needs updating, furniture old and bathrooms should be modernised for a 4* hotel."

"It is in the most convenient station, with a direct pathway to the train station."

"Lovely ,friendly staff. Great room with comfy bed and extras. Pool and Spa great. Beautiful hotel, some fixtures are a bit worn but overall decor good. Breakfast was fine, no scrambled eggs though. Was a bit enderwhelmed by the restaurant food but staff were great."

"Room was very dated. The shower head came off the wall when I was in the shower."

"Charlie on the front desk deserves recognition. He helped us with check out and bag storage. Really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, great location. Only thing I’d mention is the bathrooms are on sensor with no switch, so even during the night the bathroom lights come on when not wanted. Regardless I’d still stay again without hesitation!"

"Ticks every Box"

"Alles prima in orde. Goede bedden, mooie kamers en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad en andere spa faciliteiten. Ontbijt goed maar miste gewoon plakje kaas en/of worst. Dame die ons hielp met inchecken wilde ons 5 euro voor parkeren laten betalen en voor fitness maar dat hoeft niet als je in hotel verblijft. Na uitchecken nog heerlijk genoten van zwembad en sauna. Wel moeilijk parkeren ivm groot feest."

"No hot water hot tub not working shower and toilet smells needs serious upgradeing"

"We partly booked this hotel because of the pool, restaurant and Starbucks but the Starbucks actually closed a lot earlier than regular Starbucks - 6pm so we missed it which was disappointing"

"Simple hotel , but room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfy with every thing needed. Only giving less than 5 stars as I was staying at a busy period and so prices were higher than average"

"Nice big clean rooms freindly staff Good bathroom lovely bed. And view of the city leeds."

"The room shower i was in was disappointing"
