"I needed a place to stay for 1 night. Part of the lights didn’t work in our room. We were given a new room where lights didn’t work at all, so we went back to half lights. Carpets were moist and it smelt terrible. Would not recommend this place. Staff were very nice, beach was quiet and pretty…. Rooms were less than desirable."

"The room was very nice for the price and location. Staff was okay. Not super friendly but professional. The hotel room and view was excellent."

"Clean and comfortable. Beautiful gulf view. Pet friendly."

"Room was clean, staff were nice and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We will come back again"

"Beautiful view"

"Staff was great weather stunk but had a great time"

"Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again."

"Staff dont know anything about customer service"

"Great stay! Great pool and great clean room. Hotel restaurant was amazing! The filet mignon was absolutely fantastic!"

"They did a great job of providing a hot breakfast with no power due to the hurricane. I found it disappointing there was not a hair dryer in the room and the rooms have zero sound insulation. You can hear everything. Also, smokers need to be removed from entrance& exits cause the smell permeates the whole first floor and difficult to get outside with a pet when you have to push thru all the smokers."
