"Hilton may be piloting a new fee with the parking fees.. Let's just not. I'm a Hilton girlie but would give it up JUST for that reason."

"Staff in the office was amazingly kind. The Staff at the bar was also very friendly and nice. The barista there is amazing and very friendly she is just amazing. My room was very clean the toilet handle was broken but with all the pluses this place has to offer i didn’t mind it. Maintenance was right on it."

"Needs major maintenance. Musky smells in the rooms. Big gaps around doors. Shower head leaking and blower water everywhere. Not a good experience staying there. Expected a little better."

"Perfecta nuestra estancia excelente servicio"

"Nice hotel however it needs to be updated. The bathroom was old. The toilets were so low to the ground it would be hard for older people to get up off of it and the shower was old too. Also having the coffeemaker in the bathroom was disgusting. They need to fix this stuff but the staff was very nice and helpful"

"Very simple and easy set up. Super friendly staff as well as a nice pool area."

"We asked for a beach view and had paid for it. When we checked in our room looked over the back of a neighboring restaurant. You had to lean over the balcony ro see the beach. Requested a different room and was charged additional $20 per day. Also had to pay $40 per day "resort fee" were not told about this when we prepaid for the trip. Not a big issue but adds up over 5 days."

The staff were helpful and nice everywhere ant the hotel except in the little gift shop by the pool. I would not order food or buy things in that poolside shop again. "Very nice and beautiful"

"Great hotel close, but not walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff."

"Staying at the flamingo is great. One issue we had reserved a certain room and area and paid for it back in May. When we arrived for our stay they had given our room away because it was bikenweek and they couldn’t save our room. But we paid for it. My issue is to have better training to your new employees who make promises they can’t keep. Everything else’s is great the oools the bar."
