"Nice hotel everything needed for a comfortable stay, room was fine, slightly outdated but spacious & very clean which is the main thing. Bar area is good, happy and efficient staff. Car park facing the hotel albeit £12 to self park but for a City centre hotel that’s the way it is nowadays. Easy walk 5-10 walk into heart of Chester, however lots of restaurants, cafes & pubs within 2mins from hotel on Brook street."

"Check in was very easy and quick. The room was nice and comfy, a little on the small side, but the view was good. The bar staff were very friendly and the young lady waiting on was very helpful, she even managed to find us a pack of cards to use. Breakfast was very good, it was nice to be served at the buffet and again, the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a really nice stay and we would certainly come again."

"Room was clean and staff were helpful, had a family room with 2 double beds. But with having children and in a family room I would expect a child lock on the window. Also they was a screw sticking out through the wood of the room door frame latch plate.. apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were helpful."

"First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. The fire alarm went...
