"Our room was spacious with a seating area. The en-suite shower room was small but adequate with lovely hot water and upmarket products. The Welsh tapestry bedspread was perfect. The spa was a welcome find, the therapist was very experienced. The pool was large, better than average. Breakfast was tasty with good choices. The location of the hotel was perfect for our planned weekend, visiting the Welsh National Botanical Gardens and friends in the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"It’s a nice town centre hotel, staff friendly and helpful, rooms and stairways a little tired bit of TLC req, but I would use again, nice evening meal and freshly cooked breakfast there are plenty of stairs so if your not good with stairs ask for a lower room! Not sure if there are any lifts"

"The room was clean and spacious, with an extra bed provided. The toilet was also clean. However, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the bedside lamps were not in working condition. Apart from these issues, it was a nice and comfortable stay overall."

"It was in an ideal location for us with beautiful surroundings. Parking is tight if the other cottage is occupied, but there's plenty of street parking just outside. Thank you for making a home away from home."
