"A great place to stay, across from Southern Cross station with skybus as well as local and regional transport. City Circle tram passes by as well. Lovely simple breakfast and attentive staff."

"Staff best I have come across in all the hotels I have visited at"

"Customer service was excellent checking in and checking was so smooth"

"A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. "Such a nice stay! Staff were lovely, gave us a later check out. Highly recommend, would stay here again"

"Fantastic location, and it really is a great hotel to stay in. The room was clean and comfortable with good restaurant options and hotel staff were very accommodating. "Very well located, big suites and great staff. My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Clarion Suites."

"Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay."

"What wonderful old world charm. Great to see this history so well preseversed. It is in an excellent location. Very Quiet and peacefull inside the accomodation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the upgrade was quite mind blowing. Thankyou. .Thankyou. Easy walk to shops and awesome restaurants. "US travelers, Meriton Suites Melbourne far exceeded my expectations. As a lifetime platform elite member of Marriott, Meriton suite provides superb rooms with full kitchen and laundry units at 1/2 the price of a good Marriott hotel room. It is an apartment hotel, so room cleaning is every 4 th day."

"Central location close QV and Melbourne Central, with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable which suited my needs as I was staying in Melbourne for work. Though situated in a laneway, it can get a bit noisy early in the morning with deliveries and roadworks."
