The heating unit was not operational. We had acclimated to hot temperatures in Bali, Thailand , Malaysia and Singapore and were freezing in Melbourne due to cold weather front. Had to rely on the range for a little heating.

Lovely near new apartments close to free tram and plenty of food and shopping options. Rooms weren’t huge but manageable. Housekeeping does great job with full clean but hard to get service daily. Even when requested they didn’t show up. No cleaning amenities to DIY or place to dump garbage.
