Excellent in every aspect. The kitchen in the room is excellent with everything you need including plates, glasses, wine glasses, steak knives, pots and even a toaster. The staff are excellent. The hotel is close to everything including the free city trolley. I wish there was a spot for 6 star reviews which the hotel definitely deserves !!!

Great location if you don't mind staying a bit further from the heart of the CBD and prefer to be spoilt with choice from the Queen Vic Markets. The whole place is well maintained and the rooms are modern and having the kitchenette made it feel quite homely for the time I was staying there. Will happily stay here again!

Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay!

My 5th or 6th stay here I think, it's always a great spot with great transport links and amazing staff. The hotel itself is super convenient if you're travelling for work as the lobby acts as an office away from home with the added benefits of a stocked bar and 4-6 daily happy hour! You're also right next to QVM which is perfect for breakfast/lunch and generally strolling around. The hotel also has communal laundry which is actually nice to put on before bed and wake up to fresh clothes in the morning without the noise of a dryer in your own room. The rooms themselves are spacious and feel luxurious, beds are incredibly comfy and showers are large. One of my favourite places to stay in Melbourne.
