"The rooms were very spacious and well planned out with separate toilet and shower rooms. The beds were comfortable. My first impression was the hotel reception area smells amazing as you enter - probably from the use of essential oil burners. The staff were extremely helpful, and all spoke very good English. "After a 14 hour flight and several hours trying to navigate the airport/traveling to the hotel via the train system, we made it to our hotel exhausted. The staff members were helpful during our initial check-in and later during our stay when we wanted to send our luggage to our next destination. The room we stayed in was quaint with a wonderful view of the city. We will definitely stay at this hotel or other APA hotels in the future."

"While room was smaller than the last stay, it was still good. Helpful staff even if it gets very busy as it is an airport hotel. Very convenient"

"The breakfast buffet at the Hapuna Restaurant was excellent and very tasty. Close to Shinagawa Station and had many places to eat. Having a 7 Eleven store in the Annex wing was helpful. Would stay again!"

"If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive place to stay in Shibuya, I recommend this hotel/hostel. I stayed in a shared female only dormitory. Each bed is clean. There’s a little curtain for privacy. They provide eye covers and earplugs for sleeping at night. The breakfast each morning was fresh and well-prepared. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Graphy!"
