"The room was clean, the staff were amazing, breakfast was good but needs to extend the time to 11am and for the on the spot/last minute payment. You need to provide a Microwave in the general area for guests."

Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. Staff very kindly assisted in bringing our heavier bags upstairs to our rooms. We managed to get them downstairs on our own. Property is close...

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind."

"Lovely hotel would stay here again. I wish the spa was included in the price but other than that I would recommend it was a comfortable stay"

"Property was ok. Staff was great."
