"What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!"

"I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back."

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"The staff was very helpful with my not speaking Spanish. The order off the menu breakfast was good. They had buffet for private groups but it was not clear to me that it wasn’t open to guests."

"La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable"
